Waitawa Regional Park

Auckland - Waitawa Regional Park

About this project

Waitawa Regional Park is 188 hectares of beautiful coastal park land and comprises a number landscapes including: coastal and exotic forests, pastures, three small peninsulas and three beautiful coastal bays. Come take in the scenery while helping to remove invasive weed species that are threatening biodiversity in the area. We will spend the day removing wilding pines, gorse and pampass from the wetland areas and we’d love to have your help.
